Next, follow the steps given in the manual below.
1) After registration you will receive a letter “System password recovery” on the e-mail (specified upon registration). The letter contains a link which is to follow for the creation of the password for your Personal Office. If there is no letter in the “Inbox”, check your “Spam”. If the letter has not been received, immediately address the issue to our online consultant (the window on the left side of this page).
Click on the link (highlighted in blue color) in the letter, then you will go to the page of password recovery.
Getting Access to the Personal Office (PO)
The members of the MMM Community provide and get help (money) exclusively through the Personal Office.1) After registration you will receive a letter “System password recovery” on the e-mail (specified upon registration). The letter contains a link which is to follow for the creation of the password for your Personal Office. If there is no letter in the “Inbox”, check your “Spam”. If the letter has not been received, immediately address the issue to our online consultant (the window on the left side of this page).
Click on the link (highlighted in blue color) in the letter, then you will go to the page of password recovery.
2) Create a password, type it in the “New Password” field and repeat the entered combination in the “Retype New Password” field. Make a note of your password or remember it
3) After the password recovery you will be taken to the login page into the Personal Office. To login, you should enter the email address used upon your registration, enter the password that you have just selected, and click the “Sign in”
4) After the entry in the PO a warning window will appear, as shown in the picture below. After reading the warning, click on “Proceed” button.
5) After logging in, you will be redirected to the “Dashboard” page. (If you are logging in for the first time, you may be required to enter your phone number.)
2. Filling the Personal Data
1) Open “My Page” in the top menu of your Personal Office (PO), as shown in the picture below.
2) Next you need to fill in the empty fields with your contact information (e.g., your skype ID, address of your facebook page). After you have typed it, click the “Save” button.
3. Adding Your Accounts
Now, choose “Accounts” in the top menu in your Personal Office (PO). Then you will be on the “Personal Accounts” page. As shown in the picture below
Before you provide help you should specify the account number where you want to receive money from other members of the Community.
To do this, on the page “Personal Accounts” just click “+Add”.On the left you will see the form where you will need to enter the information about the account where you want to receive help (money).
1) Account Name. You can enter any name you like. For example: “My Account” (required field).
2) (BIC) IFSC Code. You need to enter the name of your bank or the name of the payment system you want to use. If you do not have a bank account or an electronic wallet, please write “Western Union” here (required field).
3) Your bank card number. If you want to get money on a debit or credit card, enter its number. If you do not have a card, then leave the field empty (optional field).
4) Account number. Enter the number of your Bank account or the number (name) of the account on the selected payment system. If you have chosen Western Union’s service, please write your first and last name here (required field).
5) Last name. Enter the surname of the account holder (required field).
6) First name (required field).
7) Middle name (optional field).
8) Full bank details of the account. Enter full details of your bank account or information about your account in one of the payment systems. You should enter enough information so that the other participant would be able to transfer money to you.
After the filling in of the specified fields, re-check that all the entered data is correct and push the “Save” button.

4. How to Provide Help
Once you registered an account, you can already Provide Help.
1) On the main page (“Dashboard”) of the Personal Office, click “Provide help.” As shown in the picture:
2) In the new appeared window, tick the box that you are aware of all the risk.
3) On the next page you have to choose a way of getting money. If you do have neither Perfect Money nor Bitcoin wallet, then select “Other bank”.
4) on the next page, enter the amount which you want to provide help with and distribute the introduced amount between the two mutual aid programs offered (30% and 50%). You can enter the entire amount on one of the two programs; you also can put a part of your money on one program, and the other – on the second.Below tick that you want to get the bonus and click on “Next”.
5) Check the correctness of the information: whether you really want to provide help for that amount and for this mutual aid program. If everything is correct, click “Next”.
6) We congratulate you with the successful creation of the request for assistance to the other participant! Click on “Ok”.
7) On the “Dashboard” page, under the button “Get Help”, you will see the active (of green color) request for providing assistance. ‘Active’ is a request that has already been created, but not been executed yet (not completed).
8) After some time (it may be several hours or several days), you will receive one or more orders to transfer money to other participants (the total amount of all orders shall not exceed the specified amount in the request for providing assistance). The order should be completed within 72 hours. Please, enter your Personal Office, at least, every day and check whether the orders came.
9) Click on the order and you will see the contacts of the recipient and the data of his account where you will need to transfer the money to.
10) You can also communicate with the recipient in a special chat. To do this, you need to click on the line “Messages” in the upper right corner of the order.
11) After you transferred the money to the recipient, please click on the order and in the opened window “Detailed order information” click “I completed this payment”.
12) If possible, attach the image as a confirmation of your transfer (it can be a screenshot of the page from electronic banking or a photo of your check). To do this, click on the button “Browse file” and select the appropriate file. When the image will be uploaded, click “Next.” On the next page, check again that you did everything right and click “Next.”
You indicated that you have made the payment, and the circle on the left of the order was half-green. As soon as the other participant will confirm receipt of the money, order will be executed and the circle will become completely green.
5. How to Get Help
If you have provided help, after two weeks you will be able to request the assistance.
To do this:1) On the main page (“Dashboard”) of the Personal Office, click “Get help.”
2) On the next page you need to choose: you want to receive help on your already registered account, or on another (new) account.
3) If you chose to withdraw money on an already registered account, then select it from the list
If you choose to get help for a new account, enter its data.
4) On the next page, choose the desired amount of help.
5) Verify the correctness of the information and click “Next”.
6) On the “Dashboard” page, under the button “Get Help”, you will see the active (of yellow color) request for receiving assistance.7) After some time (as a rule, during one hour) one or more orders for your requested amount will come.
8) Open the order and you will see the contacts of the participant, who will transfer the money to you.
9) After you will receive money to your account, click on the order and specify that you received money.
